Remote Support

Remote Support is exactly what it says on the tin, we can access your systems without having to negotiate buses, traffic lights and parking spaces.

Remote Monitoring and Support requires Dark Red to install a small piece of software on your PC or workstation or server.

By using this software it can tell us when you are having problems or that problems are about to happen.

If you have an error on your PC then the Dark Red support staff can remotely take control of your PC and either show you what is required or effect remedial work. Its a bit like having someone looking over your shoulder giving you encouragement and support.
