Dark Red Consulting has undertaken a number of projects over the years ranging from the mundane of getting the job done to more complex issues such as deciding on the correct business support application, technology and process needed by our clients.

It is a rule of thumb that any project taking an excesive amount of time to complete will actually fail to meet the targets set for it. Application roll outs are particularly suseptable to this failure.

Working closely with you our client means that we can be that independent pool of resource and expertise available to be called on or in to address the needs of the hour.
